🕦 11:30 AM – Arrival in Limatambo & Lunch

We arrive in the peaceful Andean town of Limatambo, where a freshly prepared lunch awaits, made with local ingredients. Enjoy the calm atmosphere and mountain views as you recharge for the afternoon hike toward the condor viewpoint.

🕧 12:30 PM – Hike to Chonta Condor Viewpoint

From the trailhead in Chonta (approximately 3,400 m), we begin a scenic one-hour hike (each way) to the famous condor viewpoint Cusco. As the trail unfolds, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of snowcapped Salkantay, deep green valleys, and the vast landscapes surrounding Apurímac Canyon Peru.

🕐 1:30 PM – Condor Watching Experience

Arrive at the Chonta Condor Viewpoint, dramatically positioned above the Apurímac Canyon Peru, one of the deepest canyons in the world. With patience and favorable conditions, you’ll witness unforgettable condor sightings as these majestic birds soar effortlessly on thermal currents.
