At Oneclick Expeditions, our mission is to provide unforgettable, safe, and transparent travel experiences. To ensure a clear and trustworthy relationship with our travelers, we have outlined the following terms and conditions that govern all bookings and services.
We strongly recommend that you read this section carefully before confirming your trip. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.
1. Booking and Payments
- To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required, typically 40% – 50% of the total tour price.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the tour begins, unless otherwise stated. On the other hand, it can also be canceled on the day of your arrival to the city of Cusco.
- We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and Western Union. Please note that processing fees may apply depending on the payment method, these must be assumed by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing (by email or contact form).
- Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure are non-refundable, due to prior logistical arrangements.
- Certain services such as Machu Picchu entrance tickets or Inca Trail permits are non-refundable and non-transferable, in accordance with local government regulations.
- Hotel services, and trains also manage their own cancellation policy, so there will be a penalty according to what they mention.
3. Changes and Modifications
- Requests to modify dates or itineraries are subject to availability and additional fees. Please note that most of these involve additional costs.
- Changes requested within 7 days of departure may not be possible, especially for tours that require special permits like the Inca Trail.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must be well informed about your trip and be in appropriate physical condition for the activities included in the tour.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or special needs.
- A valid passport or national ID is required for all tours, especially for entry into sites like Machu Picchu.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, and lost luggage.
- Oneclick Expeditions is not responsible for medical expenses, personal losses, weather disruptions, or flight cancellations that are beyond our control.
6. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for cancellations or changes due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
- In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternatives, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.
7. Client Conduct
- We reserve the right to cancel a traveler’s participation without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or harmful to the group, staff, local communities, or environment.
- We promote a culture of mutual respect, cultural sensitivity, and environmental responsibility, and we expect our travelers to uphold these values.
8. Data Protection
- The personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of managing your travel experience.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required for service fulfillment.
